Great food great atmosphere friendly staff and a true taste of Italian. Very clean and warm place

I would like to give this place 5 stars for the food but the service was horrible.. Waiter never introduced himself took our drink order which was 2 sodas and 2 waters with lemon finally when he brought them out no lemons.. Took our food order 2 small pizza's and a wrap..pizza comes out but no wrap after a decent amount of wait a different waitress brings out the wrap.. No return of our waiter to even ask for shaker items for the pizza or napkins had to ask a different waitress for that stuff.. Never asked about refilling drinks or even bringing a bill just said I can take payment as I was putting on my coat!! First time there to eat not sure I would go back if that's the service take out maybe!!!

We live in Tennessee, and were visiting family in Pennsylvania who took us to Filippo's. I wish we had a restaurant like this in eastern TN. All I can say is WOW!!! I had the cheesesteak sub and my husband had the meatball sub and the bread they are served on is the best I've ever had! Freshly baked every day. Excellent food, FANTASTIC service...please consider expanding south!

Just had one of the best cheesesteaks ever! Wish they had peppers in oil for on the sub, but it was excellent. And hot.

By far the best Italian around! I highly recommend the chicken saltimboca with spaghetti! Every staff member is eager to create the best dining experience for you possible! On a Friday or Saturday night, I recommend having a reservation to guarantee a spot.

We sat and waited for bone in wings for 30 mins. After that, they told us they ran out of wings and started serving two tables next to us bone in wings. We was here before them for at least 20 mins. Bad service.

I ordered spaghetti with chicken. The chicken tasted horrible. I believe it was cooked a long time before it was served. They just microwave it before they served it to me.

Have not been disappointed with anything we have ordered (take-out)...have had quite a few of the different meals on different nights...excellent food...highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at Filippo's is always delicious, and the service is great. I have never had a bad experience here.

Every time I eat there the chicken is extremely over cooked. $16 for a meal, I expect it to be cooked well.

Took a bit to get seated. Good food. Special was chicken parm. Good sauce. Chicken was tender. Canolli was good also.

Still great food. Traveling thru Williamsport 2 yrs ago and stopped here. Food was awesome and reasonably priced. Service was great even half hour till closing. Glad we could stop again.

Best Italian food in the area, hands down. Fresh and consistent. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. It is also quicker than most fast food restaurants. I’ve never had a bad meal at Filippo’s.

Food was great! Service was pretty good too. Prices are fsir for what you get. We waited a little longer for our food than I would like but the bread was fresh and heavenly. We will be returning there

The pizza is the best in town. We order it at least twice per month.

Ordered stromboli and didnt know that you had to pay extra for sauce. Normally when u get stromboli you get sauce. It was definitely a much better place when it was Santinos. Service was terrible. No straws no sliver ware. Missing stuff we ordered. Don't think I will go back

Now let me explain the rating is due in part to the seating arrangements but more so on our serve Christian i think heard Drink order wrong 4 people 2 place settings never got more. Brought pizza out but never asked if we needed anything else another server had to bring other items n rest of order out as he forgot itThen he never ordered refills or how the food was never got a bill so i don't know if it was correct amount but i\we were tired of waiting...i even wrote that on the cc slipFood was pizza and wrap were very goodSo i emailed them and have gotten no reply how nice finally a reply but no offer to do anything for us

The name has changed, but that's it. Same owners, virtually same menu! Some sort of conflict with other restaurants with the same name. So go back and enjoy . . . Again!!!

Very good. Was craving sauce but, didn't want to cook. Haven't eaten here since it was Santino's. That was 8 years ago. Much improved. We will be ordering again!!!

Good food. Fresh baked bread, spicy peppers & oil. So good.

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat. Me and/or staff eat at least 3 days a week there. Everything from the bruschetta to the lobster cream sauce to the Cheese steaks. For lunch, they are the quickest around. For around $7 you get a cold sub and a drink and you will be out of there quicker than if you went to Subway, (And you will have actual food with real ingredients). Actually I am working up an appetite right now. Keep up the good work!

Always great food. Although I wouldn't call the "panini" actually that. More of a flat bread sanwhich

The food was delicious. I got a steak stromboli. It was so flavorful. The dining area was clean and very pretty. Staff was friendly and cordial.

Quick and friendly service. Ordered a pizza and asked to be baked a certain way and it was perfect! Love the iced glasses for the beer too!
